Inventory Items (Ingredients)

Inventory Items (also called Ingredients) are the raw materials used in your recipes. Each ingredient tracks:

• Name - The ingredient name (e.g., "Tomato", "Chicken Breast")
• Category - The inventory category it belongs to
• Unit - The default measurement unit (e.g., Kg, Gram, Litre, Pcs)
• Stock Quantity - Current available quantity in stock
• Stock Alert - Threshold for low-stock warning
• Unit Price - Cost per base unit
• Supplier - The party (supplier) who provides this ingredient

When stock quantity falls below the stock alert level, the system highlights the ingredient as low-stock. The ingredients list supports search, filter, create, edit, delete, bulk delete, and export (PDF/Excel/CSV).
