Ingredient Consumption Report

The Ingredient Consumption Report provides detailed insights into how ingredients are consumed through sales. It analyzes SaleDetails where the product has a linked recipe.

For each sale, the report calculates:

• Total Sold - Quantity of menu items sold
• Total Revenue - Revenue from those sales
• Total Cost - Ingredient cost based on recipe consumption
• Total Profit - Revenue minus ingredient cost

The report supports date filtering: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Current Month, Last Month, Current Year, and Custom Date Range. This helps you analyze profitability and ingredient usage patterns over time.
